VOICE OF DEMOCRACY: Patriot's Pen

All gifted students are participating in the Patriot's Pen essay competition. This gives the students an opportunity to write essays expressing their views on democracy. The deadline for the rough draft is October 2, 2008. The deadline for the final, complete draft is October 10, 2008. You may visit the www.vfw.org for more information on the competition. I have sent entry forms and rules home with each student.
